This is an improvisation I did a few weeks ago. I used a variety of extended techniques to get different sounds from the guitar; hitting the strings to get a percussive sound, plucking above the nut, as well as various muting sounds.

I recorded video around my house and then experimented with different filters to see what I could come up with. The end result was a little freaky, might be nice around Halloween, but I hope you can still enjoy it.

I think I was inspired by one of the Harry Potter movies my son was watching. I imagined being in a dark forest with sinister overtones.
